Dachshundstyles Return Policy

We want you and your dachshund to be thrilled with your Dachshundstyles purchase! This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Items that are damaged upon arrival.
  • Items that are printed incorrectly (with a different design than what was ordered).
  • Items where we accidentally shipped the wrong size (not a case of incorrect size selection by the customer).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that are damaged due to wear and tear after receipt.
  • Items where the customer selected the wrong size. We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide before placing an order, check out our size guide in product page.

Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an eligible item.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@dachshundstyles.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
  2. Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for returns due to our errors) or instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the return label provided (if applicable) or the carrier of your choice.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price and any applicable taxes (for returns due to our errors).
  • Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
  • For customer-initiated size exchanges (not due to our error), we will issue a refund for the purchase price and any applicable taxes, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any new shipping charges.
