1. How can I request customized text for a product?

You can easily request customized text for your apparel by contacting our support team at support@dachshundstyles.com In your message, please specify the following:

• The product you'd like customized
• The desired text
• The preferred text style (font)
• The color you'd like the text printed in

Please note: For quality assurance purposes, we currently only offer text customization on the front side of our apparel.

2. How long will it take for my order to ship?
We understand you want your new items as soon as possible! Our processing time typically takes 1-3 business days. Once processed, shipping within the United States takes 2-5 business days via USPS. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.

3.What is the shipping cost?

         Shipping costs are as follows:

• United States: $6 flat rate

         International: $10 flat rate

4. Are there any additional charges for customized text?
No, customization is completely free! Feel free to personalize your items with names, quotes, or anything else that makes them special.

5. If I request custom text, will the existing pre-made text on the product still be there?

The choice is yours! You can decide whether to keep the existing pre-made text, replace it entirely with your custom text, or even add your custom text alongside the existing design. Simply let us know your preference when contacting our support team.
